Coupon Crazy

For years now, I have linked to the Hobby Lobby specials page because every other week they offer a 40% off coupon online. I schedule my shopping trips around that coupon. ;-)

Since I also like to shop at Michael's, I searched for a place in which to find their 40% and 50% off coupons, too.

I want to gather all of my favorite craft coupons into one spot and link to them in my sidebar. Feel free to make suggestions -- I'm happy to include others that aren't even available to me if anyone else finds this helpful.

Outside the Letterbox?

When it comes to the letterboxing hobby, I am hardly a purist. I enjoy planting and finding letterboxes, yet I also spend time exploring other para-letterboxing activities. Perhaps my favorite is the creating and trading of LTCs (Letterbox[er] Trading Cards.)

Years ago, my related interests began with a desire to try my hand at block printing (and almost ended there because of the cost). When I initially heard about letterboxing, my focus turned immediately to the stamp carving aspect of the game. "You mean to tell me you actually carve these stamps yourselves? On erasers?"

What I quickly realized was that carving rubber stamps appeared to use essentially the same techniques as linoleum block printing did, was less expensive, and was definitely more versatile.

I thought, "Hey! I think I can do this."

So, I gave it a try.
